| Details: Service Technician Looking for opportunities with a global, industry leader? Oerlikon Balzers is the leading global supplier of PVD coatings and other surface technologies that significantly improve the performance of precision components as well as metalworking and plastics processing tools.The Service Technician is responsible for moving, installing, qualifying, and retrofitting Balzers Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) and PPD coating vessels. This position is also responsible for performing advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics and calibration of coating vessels to effectively support internal operations. The Service Technician will be responsible for providing telephonic and email support as needed as well as completing special projects as directed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Tracks and reports equipment performance using reporting processes in Word, Excel, Access and Adobe. Provides training at internal and external customer sites on correct operation and maintenance of Balzers PVD and PPD coating equipment Provides telephone and email support to customers as needed Adheres to and enforces maintenance practices for coating equipment per Balzers standards Develops a general understanding of Oerlikon Balzers support infrastructure for coating equipment Repairs components for coating vessels Provides additional support for spare parts as needed Responds to technical questions from customers and assists with training of new service engineers as directed Maintains accurate business related travel expenses | ||||

Desktop Support Technician to provide phone and desk-side support of networked MS Windows systems in multiple retail locations. Our network is the lifeblood of the organization so the ideal candidate must be able to quickly trouble shoot calls as they come in, and offer support to keep everything working smoothly.  Responsibilities: You will report to the IT Manager ensuring that all technology needs are met Provide user support, trouble-shoot and resolve issues related to user workstations via phone and desk-side support of: Servers and network elements Windows XP, Windows 7 systems Business applications like MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc. Support a wide variety of issues related to general user-level issues, including password resets, printing problems, and poorly performing systems. PC building to include using imaging technology. PC hardware troubleshooting and repair. Printer troubleshooting and repair experience a plus.
